SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Will prepare monthly income statements, reconcilements, annual budgets, and Call Reports. Resolve issues resulting from compliance audits and examinations. Responsible for all financial reporting. BA degree in Accounting and 5 to 7 years experience required.

LOAN COLLECTION ASSISTANT
Will make delinquent loan collection calls and letters, assist in loan workout situations and monitor activities of outside vendors. Good organizational, communication and computer skills required. Knowledge of collection laws and procedures required.

COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER (CHICAGO/BROADVIEW/MILWAUKEE)
Seeking a candidate who will be responsible for developing and implementing workout strategies of distressed loans. Responsibilities include restructuring loan terms, preparing cash flow/financial trends and presenting recommendations to the loan committee. BS degree/4-5 years experience required.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (CHICAGO/MILWAUKEE)
Seeking a candidate who will contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the bank through community relations and business development. Will act as liaison for the bank to the general public and community organizations. BS degree/4-5 years experience required.

BSA OFFICER
Candidate must have the ability to interpret federal and state banking regulations, oversight, and maintenance of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Programs, conduct investigations regarding reported or detected suspicious activity, drafting/updating bank policies, procedures, internal control and risk assessments relative to BSA/AML and OFAC regulations. Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Excellent opportunity for a bright, self-starter, with potential to qualify for an upper-level management position through strategic training. College degree and computer skills required. Some knowledge of banking or finance a plus.

BRANCH MANAGER (MAYWOOD)
Candidate will manage the activities of the facility to ensure maximum profitability and productivity. Provide general supervision for staff with emphasis on proper performance of duties. A minimum of two years experience with development and supervision of employees. Microsoft Word and Excel required.

SENIOR CREDIT ANALYST (MILWAUKEE)
Candidate will analyze financial statements and related material in conjuctions with borrowers' credit; prepare written financial analysis for new requests, renewals, and modifications/extensions; evaluate borrower industry conditions, market conditions, micro and macro economic factors; conduct and present industry research; interact with borrower's account and/or attorney at the direction of lender. Will also investigate all sources of credit and financial information. BA degree in accounting, or related field, and a minimum of 2-3 years experience in financial analysis required.

COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Candidate must possess the ability to interpret federal and state banking regulations relative to the Compliance Program. Other duties include the review of ads, new product and consumer disclosures to ensure they meet regulatory guidelines. Periodic risk assessment of enterprise-wide compliance risk, drafting/updating bank policies, procedures and internal controls, conduct training and oversee bank-wide compliance training programs, compliance project management and co-chair regular meetings of the compliance committee. Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.

SECRETARY (MILWAUKEE)
Candidate will possess strong writing and communication skills. The ability to work independently with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required. Will report to the Branch Manager and function as an HR liaison.

PERSONAL BANKER (MILWAUKEE)
Must have the ability to work well with customers and learn to cross-sell various products and services. Will open and close accounts. Some customer service and/or banking experience required.

INSURANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Will perform daily maintenance insurance tracking, reports, insurance payments and other assigned related responsibilities. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word required.

COMMERCIAL LOAN CLOSER
Candidate will prepare and document commercial loans, conduct file audits, and prepare departmental reports. The individual will have constant contact with title companies. Excellent communication skills, Laser Pro, Excel and Word capabilities required. Knowledge of business lines of credit and commercial mortgage lending a must. Some college and 2-3 years experience a plus.

LOAN REVIEW ASSISTANT
Will prepare loan review report, review loan files, input system loan review data. Candidates must be proficient in Word and Excel. Administrative experience, lending knowledge and excellent math skills required. Some college preferred.

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT
Position requires 2-3 years experience with ADP Workforce Now web-based product, Payroll Processing, HR and Benefits, exLabor manager (Time and Attendance) and Reporting Solutions. Good verbal and written skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Will provide clerical assistance to the VP Human Resources Officer.

SENIOR TELLER
Must be an experienced Senior Teller, with a minimum of one year banking experience, excellent math aptitude and balancing proficiency required. High School diploma required.

MARKETING COORDINATOR
Ideal candidate must have strong writing, event planning, administrative and research skills. Will process community donations and assist in coordinating marketing events and projects. Must possess an outgoing personality, analytical thinking and ability to handle multiple tasks under constant deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher is required.
