EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE SR. EVP & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall secretarial and administrative support functions of the Chief Operating Officer. Excellent writing and communication skills required. Three to 5 yrs. exp. in a position of comparable responsibility. Duties include acting as liasion between shareholders, directors, officers, and employees. Will oversee the collections of overdraft demand deposits. Will also be responsible for other department related duties as assigned. Advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, Peachtree, and IBS Insight required.
TELLER (O'Hare Airport) (Maywood) (Crestwood)
Experienced teller will open and close facility and assist other tellers during regular business hours. Will also process foreign currency transactions at the O'Hare location and be able to motivate and train new staff. One-2 years cashier experience and high school diploma required.
