CASH OPERATIONS ANALYST
Candidate will perform daily analysis and reconciliation of cash. Also reconciles Travelex, branch capture adjustments, savings bond adjustmetns, and reconciliations of Ventra Card sales, and gift certificates sales. Some college account ing or bookeeping experience preferred.
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE PRESIDENT AND CEO
Ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall secretarial and administrative support functions of the Executive Division as well as responsible for executive and corporate minutes. Excellent writing, dictation and communication skills required. Three to 5 years experience in a corporate environment preferred. Duties include preparing weekly and daily itinerary, handling travel arrangements, and acting as a liaison between directors, officers and employees. Candidate must be dependable, professional and resourceful. Must be able to communication effectively and in a timely manner in response to requests and act proactively at all times.
COMMERCIAL LOAN CREDIT ANALYST
Provide assistance to commercial loan officers in the analyses of loan requests. Assist with loan accounting as needed. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to analyze tax returns and financial statements is required. College degree in accounting or finance preferred.
LOAN ACCOUNTING PROCESSOR
Candidate will perform a variety of accounting and cash management duties in the loan accounting department, including processing payments, setting up ACH auto payments and various other loan-related responsibilities. Experience in banking or financial services, using online accounting system (FIS), required. Analytical skills booking loans and posting payments a must.
Seeking a candidate to develop and maintain income, expenses, assets and liabilities as a basis for management, planning and decision making and for fulfilling financial reporting requirements involved with ALCO committee, budgeting liquidity management. Qualifications include CPA and 5 years experience in a similar position.
COMMERCIAL LOAN OFFICER (Maywood)
A minimum of 5 years experience in commercial lending required to assist senior officers handling large, complex loan transactions, business development, underwriting, customer interaction and portfolio management. College degree preferred.
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/HUMAN RESOURCES
Ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance to the HR Officer. Serve as back-up for payroll processing. Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects and provide general administrative support to the HR team. Requires 2 to 3 years experience, good verbal and written skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
LOAN COLLECTION ASSISTANT
Will make delinquent loan collection calls and letters, assist in loan workout situations and monitor the activities of outside vendors. Good organizational, communication and computer skills required. Knowledge of collection laws and procedures required.
TELLER (O'Hare Airport)
Experienced teller will open and close facility and assist other tellers during busy seasons and vacation time. Will also process foreign currency transactions. Must have o1 to 2 years cashier experience. Able to motivate and train new staff. High school diploma required.
